Understanding Your Relationship With HTE Health Enteprise
Understanding and abide company's marketing plan, conditions, policy, and operation manners are the responsibility of sponsor and distributor.
Although company will organize various meeting at HQ or branches like OPP meeting, Product Training, Distributors Training Programmers Seminar, Recognition Anniversary etc, Distributors are advised to proceeds with its own meeting like Home Party Meeting, Distributor Partners Meeting, OPP Meeting, Distributor Group activities etc, to train develop their distributors and to build up the HTE business.
Application Requirments
- Age eligibility
Any individual who is 18 years and above may join as member of HTE (S) PTE LTD
however he / she can only be sponsored by someone who is a member of HTE (S) Pte Ltd.
- Distributor application form (Form A1)
Fill the application form in block letters and properly sign and submit it to your office.
For individual application, attach a photo stated copy of personal I/C and saving account passbook. For registered company application, attach a photostated copy of company license and the owner's I/C. Enclose 3 copies of personal photograph sized 3.8cm x 3.2cm.
Submit the application form to HTE Health Enterprise for verification and approval.
Distributorship Withdrawal
- A distributor may withdraw from the company after 10 days from the date of approval. He/She must write in officially to the company for his/her intention of withdrawal.
- Within thirty days, after the company has accepted the withdrawal application of the distributor, the distributor may return the unused product to the company.
- The company will deduct the relevant bonus and other expenses, if bonuses of the concerned product have be paid out.
Distributor's Responsibilities
All distributors must follow the company's rules and regulations listed below, failing which the company has the legal right to terminate the concerned distributorship, his claim on the bonuses and other incentives to be paid.
- Distributors must abide the agreement.
* Sincerely deal with customers or consumers
* Promote HTE Health Enterprise in the right direction
* Sponsor and market the product effectively.
* Provide product return service and after sales service.
- Distributorship with HTE Health Enterprise can be applied either as an individual or registered company. You can not own any other distributorship either individually or jointly nor participate as partner or associate member in any other form of distributorship.
- As an independent distributor, you are responsible for all self-employment taxes, as well as other income taxes or income earned.
- As an independent HTE Health Enterprise distributor, you must be sincere in recommending the company.
- Distributors are not permitted to amend any sticker or change the packaging of the company's product.
- All advertisements and promotional items must be officially approved by HTE Health Enterprise before they are in use.
- All distributors must not use the name and products of the company to get involved in any other form of business other than being HTE distributor, without the prior approval of the company.
- Distributors who have withdrawn from HTE Health Enterprise are not permitted to use the company materials.
- The company shall be free from all liabilities in the breach of contractual obligation in the event of strikes, war, shortage of material supply, casualty disaster and government intervention which are beyond the reasonable control of the company.
- As an independent distributors, distributors can operate under their own trade names, in which, does not imply or signify any relationship either as agents or employees of the company.
Rules And Regulations Oserved By Distributors
- Ethics And Termination
HTE Health Enterprise will not permit, or tolerate activity that is unethical.... even though admittedly in the aggressive direct selling market, at times it is not easy to draw a clear-cut line as to which behavior is unethical. Nevertheless HTE Health Enterprise will intercede when unethical behavior is discovered or reported HTE Health Enterprise reserves the right to use its best judgment in deciding whether certain distributor's activities are unethical and, if determined to be so, will act with firm disposition. Examples of unethical business practices may include, but are not limited to:
* Cross Sponsoring
* Causing Cross Sponsoring
* Misrepresentation
* Any action which may cause HTE Health Enterprise or Distributors loss of reputation or deemed to be detrimental to HTE business.
- HTE Health Enterprise has the right to terminate his/her distributorship and suspend all bonuses payable to you, if you have violated the following:
* Involved in other direct selling which is HTE Health Enterprise's competitors.
* He/She encourages HTE distributors to join other companies.
* Any action or conduct which may cause HTE Health Enterprise or distributors loss of reputation or deemed to be detrimental to HTE business.
* Violating the pricing set by HTE Health Enterprise.
* Any breach of the code of ethical conduct in this agreement will result in termination of the distributorship.
- Advertising
* HTE Health Enterprise distributors should follow strictly the rules and regulations concerning advertising and use only those forms and contents that have been approved by the company.
* All independent distributors shall not directly or indirectly use or permit others to use the name of HTE International Group and HTE Health Enterprise, Trade mark, HTE Health Enterprise in any other trades or other purposes without prior written approval by the company.
* No members or distributors shall use HTE trade mark, products or its logo for souvenir, commercial or any of her purpose without prior consulting HTE Health Enterprise.
- Necessary For Distributor To Acquire Bulettin Or DM
* In order for distributor to acquire and update information and news about HTE activities,
product knowledge, recognition collection, health care update in our local and overseas business,
every distributor has the obligation to order company's bimonthly bulletin or newsletters to enchance one's knowledge and to develop the HTE business.
The DM or bulletin will be sent to all distributors periodically. A normal fee will be changed to every distributor for the above expenses is RM30 for Malaysia distributor and S$15 for Singapore distributor.
This fee will be deducted from distributor's commission at the end of year (either in October, November or December).
