3.Procedure for using “ Rubber band ”
(a) HTE will prepare a set of rubber bands ( 30 or 50 bands per set) for different promotions. The new version of rubber band will have FIR infrared as component.
(b) Manager and President Level, can present “ Rubber band story” in their teams in the group meeting and should be the good example for your down-line so that can convince their mind to follow the instruction. (Each person should wear on three rubber bands to share the band story with other people).
(c) Each organization should set up a training and demonstrate how to present the rubber band story correctly in the group meeting (Explain →Demonstrate →Self-Test) .
(d) Accumulate experiences from customers.
(e) In the group meeting should arrange the top salesperson to share experiences and prepare the prize to stimulate and build up the good ambiance in the team.
